Upper Body Day...Hali Enderby
Hali works out on the med ball. It helps keep her core strong and isolates the other muscles of her arms and back as she lifts.
Upper Body Day...
Strength is a very important aspect of being an NCAA Division I player. You play a lot of games in a short period of time and your best is expected EVERY DAY. Jessenia Andujar is one of the strongest players I have ever coached. She gets at it in the weight room!
WEEKLY CLINICS
Our weekly clinics start this Sunday October 23rd. Pitching goes from 4:00-5:30pm and Hitting from 5:30-7:00pm. Come work with the SBU coaching staff and players as they teach you the secrets to becoming an NCAA Division I player! All clinics are in Butler Gym.
For more information, contact the SBU softball office at (716) 375-2289 or call Coach Threehouse at (716) 474-1574. We look forward to seeing you!

JDRF Walk Recap
The SBU softball team and its sponsors raised $4000.00 for JDRF last Saturday. On a very rainy morning the team volunteered their time to walk along the River Trail on the campus of St. Bonaventure University, not only to raise money but to bring awareness to a disease that strikes so many in our country and around the world.
We would like to thank everyone involved and we are hoping to make this an annual event. There is more to this world than sports and softball and we are dedicated here at SBU to continue the Franciscan Spirit of giving. It is a beautiful place with many outstanding people and we are all proud to be a member of the family.
