Reaching three out of the last four Atlantic 10 Championships and placing 2nd in the 2008 regular season, SBU softball has established itself as one of the elite teams in the A10. We are a very talented team and we will not let anyone out work us.
The weight room is a physical place but more than that, lifting prepares us mentally for the rigors of a hectic schedule come spring. If a student-athlete can excel in the weight room, she will reach her full potential on the field.
